IBM Internship - Junior IT Specialist SAP Consultant

IBM Canada

Conducted basic configuration including business monitoring set up and technical system configuration, which ensured utmost security protocols were followed. Resolved agent issues with app, databases, infrastructure, and service center delivery competencies. Designed and implemented a new hire onboarding site with W3 Publisher for the Frun team to create technical downloads,timelines, checklists, courses and badges. Winner of the Social Award during the 2021 Be(e) Innovative Challenge which consisted of using social media to promote involvement in our intern community events, and translated into further engagement from other interns.

Instructed self-created lab lectures as well as a guest lecture on UI/UX Design and Design Basics that incorporated tools such as Procreate, Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Figma, and Plot.io for upper year students which resulted in over 70% of the class considering UI/UX post undergrad. Created, taught, and evaluated 100+ lab & participation assignments weekly which involved python scripting, password. hacking, accessibility, server logs, Terminal, HTML, CSS, NMAP, Python, WireShark, Virtual Box, and UI/UX for websites, apps and IoT devices. Meticulously read through code from over 100 lab and assignment submissions bi-weekly for accessibility purposes and testing which often were done in React, Node.js, JS, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and PHP.

Worked as a seasonal employee for IQ Agency as a hand-selected Michael Kors Canada representative promoting the Fall 2019 clothing line amongst the college demographic on social media, which generated in-store traffic across the Canadian market. All social media posts were delivered in a timely and efficient manner being approved by Intern Queen and Michael Kors.

Conducted user experience research and user studies for downstream & upstream UI for supply chains. Created magazine and social media ads that were printed on 1000+ brochures and featured in CIO Outlooks. Presented with the lead programmer at the launch of the SaaS, Mimosi, a Blockchain track and trace product. Created SVG logos and icons in Adobe CC Suite and Clip Studio Paint
